Concept for Local iPhone app that allows the user to share notes with their friends related to their current location. User can post notes about their favorite item in the menu, ask a question (which could be posted to Y! Neighbors) or write an informal business review (which could be added to Y! Local). Their friends will receive a notification whenever there is a new note near them.
